The Net-Evapotranspiration is the amount of plant transpiration and evaporation that occurs in a specific ecoregion and climate. This number is used to calculate the baseline irrigation needs for landscaping.
This map shows the Level III Ecoregions in the Georgia. The EcoRegion are areas which share the similar geography, topography, and ecosystem. Ecoregions inform the type of environmental protections which are required for ECC projects.
This is the ratio of number of jobs divided by number of housing units in the location's census tract. The desired ratio is 1.5, or 3 jobs for every 2 housing units ECC awards points if the new buildings will bring the ratio closer to 3:2.
